

The more you know and the more motivated you are the more you will be used, which may or may not lead to a promotion. The workload is unrealistic, the micromanaging is terrible, the multitasking/ task switching pressure is brutal. It really seems there is always more things going on than the actual work that needs done, which is nowhere near under control. It is a very reactive company, almost never proactive. Management sometimes creates a lot of chaos on top of the actual work, due to their lack of planning. Supervisors and management will work their newly hired friends through the ranks first regardless of experience and skill set, passing by some still somehow motivated expert senior employees who have always gone the extra mile. Some employees are put in higher positions just to fill them if they have been there for a while and a higher position needs filled. The overall skill set of employees has plummeted (which makes your job harder), others who are good are burnt out (even before Covid). The culture and morale is very inconsistent with the occasional forced attempts to improve. It is definitely just a call center atmosphere with many employees coming from other call centers.
